Song of the Month: “Let it be Me”, by Ray Lamontagne

Editor’s note: I was ruminating on a life changing event someone dear to me is going through and this song came on my play list.  We are so close I’d like to crawl into her body and help her through but of course true friendship requires we only be present as needed and called on.  Considering that thought made me notice I was praying the chorus by the fifth time I’d played it on repeat.  😊
