The Drunkard's Walk: How Randomness Rules Our Lives
Written by Leonard Mlodinow [more
Preface: A really tough read for an average IQ and non-science guy like me. But boy what a concept. Mlodinow convinced me, beyond any doubt, that I credit cause and effect way too much in my life. He goes a little overboard to make his point, in my view, but the point is still very essential to dealing with the vagueries of our lives.
A favorite quote:
"We all create our own view of the world and then employ it to filter our perceptions."
