Preface: I just saw Kraig speak again last week and he's still the king of "key indicators." That is, as he does in this book, he gives every manager a way to set and measure the priorities for their specific organization. As he says in the introduction this is not a "how-to" book, it's a "go-do-it." The learning is really fundamental - all things we already know. The difference is Kramers gives us ways to bring reality to our best-laid plans.
