Editor’s note: Two months in a row, I’m sharing the music of Johnnyswim and Drew Holcomb.  This is a far more upbeat, toe-tapper but with similar deep meaning to last month’s “Goodbye Road”.  Note the quality and placement of the instrumentation.

Favorite lyrics:

“Ring the Bells, this time I mean it,

Bid your hatred fare the well,

Give back the pieces of my Jesus,

Take your counterfeit to hell.

If all is fair in love and war, then what the hell is loving even for?”
